So yes, back to the title. After an hour of peri-ing, lunge-ing and wtv-french-word-ing we took off our masks, laid our foils down and replaced them with plastic "sabers". That's when i suddenly felt the muscles on my right thigh twisting..like as if someone was trying to squeeze out every ounce of liquid from it. ARGH CRAMP ! the area spread to my freaking butt. It wasn't the "oh my butt cramp ahahah" kind..it hurt...like shit. To make it worse we had lunge-ing exercises after. Every time I heard "GO" I think I died a little....
On a brighter note, I came back, washed my hair and proceeded to have my warm oats in bed. ahhh comfort...
And you wonder why I never gymed before this :)
